First Aid - Musculoskeletal Injuries
Course Overview
This lesson explains how to appropriately respond to suspected musculoskeletal injuries, including sprains, strains, fractures, joint dislocations, concussions, brain, neck and spine injuries.
Upon successful completion of this course, you should have a better understanding of how to identify:
- Common limb injuries and explain how to initially respond to a victim with a fracture, sprain or dislocation
- When a victim may have a back, neck or head injury
- The initial actions to take for someone whom you suspect has a back, neck or head injury
