Rigging Knowledge Verification
This exam comprised of 14 chapters is derived from the ASME B30 Standard and is designed to challenge the rigger's knowledge based on the most commonly used hoisting equipment and the requirements of everyday rigging.
Many rigging components are utilized where the rigger does not realize the limitations of the equipment. This exam will aid in identifying common misconceptions and poor rigging practices and will help determine the amount of training the rigger requires.
