After completing this course, drivers will be able to:

Explain ways to load and secure storage batteries containing electrolyte during transport
Identify the loading prohibition for packages containing nitric acid (50 percent or greater)

Topics Covered

Introduction
Load corrosive Class 8 materials so they're protected.
Nitric acid of 50% or greater concentration should not be loaded above the other materials.

This course takes approximately 5 minutes to complete

A passing grade of 80% or higher required. Up to 3 attempts are provided.
