By entering this survey contest and accepting the prize, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Prize Description
The prize consists of 4 theme park passes to any Disney resort in the world.
- Passes will be for two (2) days, which may include the weekend.
- The prize does not include food, beverages, accommodation, merchandise, or any form of transportation (e.g., flights, car rentals, taxis, buses, ride shares).
- The prize does not include travel insurance, health insurance, or any other form of personal or vehicle insurance.
Health and Safety Considerations
The winner and their guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in theme park activities. BIS Safety Software does not impose medical or health eligibility restrictions. However, guests are encouraged to consult a medical professional if they have significant health conditions or mobility limitations before engaging in physically demanding activities such as prolonged walking, ride participation, or exposure to crowded public spaces.
Agreement
Participation in the survey draw and acceptance of the draw prize constitute full acceptance of these terms. The winners will be required to sign a waiver and release of liability prior to the ticket purchase.
Governing Law
This contest and its terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta.
