The Human Element (US)
Course Overview
How do we make good decisions? Knowledge alone does not guarantee good decisions. That driver may have run that red light knowing there was a chance someone would get hurt, but he did it anyway. Why might that have happened? What might have affected his decision? The answers to these questions are going to be explored as we try to gain an understanding of the human element in safety.
