OSHA 30 Hour General Industry
Individuals have 180 days to complete training from the start of the program and receive an OSHA course completion card upon finishing.
Course Overview
This OSHA 30-Hour General Industry course provides a comprehensive overview of safety and health practices essential in various industries. The course covers the most common hazards and risks associated with general industry work and how to identify, prevent, and address them. Participants will learn about managing safety and health, walking and working surfaces, personal protective equipment, emergency action plans, fire prevention plans, and more.Upon completing the course, participants will have the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement effective safety and health programs in their workplaces, help ensure the safety of all workers in general industry, and reduce the likelihood of costly accidents, incidents, and OSHA fines. Additionally, individuals who complete the OSHA 30-Hour General Industry course will receive an OSHA course completion card, demonstrating their understanding of key safety and health principles to employers, colleagues, and regulatory agencies.
