This Fatigue Management Online course is designed to help you understand the health and safety impacts of fatigue as well as employer and worker responsibilities in terms of identifying and managing fatigue.
Course Overview
In any work environment, hazard awareness and control are key to keeping you and your coworkers safe. We often don't have difficulty identifying hazards like electrocution, getting struck by a piece of machinery, or slips, trips, and falls. But sometimes it is more difficult to identify the human factors, like fatigue, that contribute to hazards.
This Fatigue Management Online course is designed to help you understand the health and safety impacts of fatigue as well as employer and worker responsibilities in terms of identifying and managing fatigue. Throughout this course, you will learn about physiology in relation to fatigue, why we donÕt manage fatigue even when we are aware of the risks, and finally, strategies for proactively and re-actively managing fatigue in both the work environment and at home.
