Entry-Level Driver Training: Fatigue and Wellness Awareness
Course Overview
A healthy driver is a safe and alert driver. Achieving a healthy and safe lifestyle can be challenging when done on the road, but it can be done.
This course is designed to focus on several of the factors that contribute to driver health and wellness.
After completing this course, learners will be able to:
- Describe ways to maintain a healthy diet and good exercise habits while on the road
- Discuss what stress is along with ways to manage stress
- Identify signs of driver fatigue
- List safe work practices
- Describe back safety and proper lifting
- List steps learners can take to ensure their personal security
