Electrical Safety for Construction: Cord and Plug Connected Equipment
Course Overview
Every day, somebody dies from an electrocution at work. To handle electricity safely, you need to know how it acts, how it can be controlled, and how it can hurt you. Workers performing service or maintenance on machinery and equipment may be injured by unexpected startup or release of electrical energy. This training will tell you more about electrical hazards in construction work and safe practices when working with electricity, particularly around cord and plug-connected equipment. Ideal learners are construction workers.
